Company
From premium repair solutions for marine equipment to a single-source technical service centre.

Our Story
A technical service centre growing since 2014
Established in 2014, MARTECH has emerged as a leading service organisation providing premium repair solutions for marine equipment.
From its inception the company has continually evolved, expanding its suite of services to become a single-source solution centre for the diverse needs of the sector. Today we work across a broad scope — from port operations and underwater repair to industrial cleaning and cargo lashing.
Headquartered in İskenderun and transcending boundaries with its operations, MARTECH showcases a global vision. Our team of expert marine engineers, seasoned technicians and professionals who have consulted across the maritime industry combines modern technology with in-depth experience. Our aim is to provide the complete and efficient service our clients need, from one source.
Our Mission
To meet the technical needs of ship and port operators with safe, measurable and timely solutions that keep operational disruption to a minimum.
Our Vision
To be the first technical service partner that comes to mind in Turkish ports, and to extend that capability across the region.
Our Values
Keeping our word, doing the job right first time, never placing safety second to any task, and building trust through transparent reporting.

Our Team
Experience in the field, engineering at the table
Our team brings together engineers from marine, mechanical and electrical disciplines with technicians and welders who have spent years working on board. This mix allows a defect to be both correctly diagnosed and quickly resolved on site.
We also employ professionals with consulting experience in the maritime industry, so that owner, operator and class society expectations are interpreted correctly from the moment the scope of work is defined.
- Marine, mechanical and electrical engineers
- Ship repair technicians and welders
- Certified dive team for underwater intervention
- Field staff trained in confined space and hot work
- Operations planning and port coordination
- Technical reporting and documentation

HSE & Quality
Safety is not part of the job — it is the precondition
A vessel or terminal is an environment where confined spaces, working at height, hot work and heavy lifting all come together. That is why we carry out a risk assessment and complete the required permits and procedures before every job.
- Pre-job risk assessment and toolbox meeting
- Hot work permits and gas measurement
- Confined space entry procedures and standby watch
- Supervision of personal protective equipment use
- Periodic inspection of equipment and lifting gear
- Compliant management of chemicals and waste
