Overview
Every hour in port is a cost
Delay in port operations is rarely caused by the cargo itself — it is caused by equipment, personnel or permits not being ready on time.
At Martech Maritime we confirm the lifting plan and resource requirement before the operation, and position team, equipment and materials alongside the vessel on schedule. For heavy and sensitive items we work with mobile crane support and supply the slings and lifting gear required.
Throughout the operation we handle coordination with the port authority, the agent and the ship's staff, and issue a photographic handover report on completion.
