Through the contact form on our website we process your name, company / vessel name, e-mail address, telephone number and any information you include in your message.

• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 5/2-(c) (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-(ç) (compliance with a legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest) of the KVKK; where none of these apply, processing is based on your explicit consent.

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers and to legally authorised public authorities.

6. Retention

Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and until the end of the statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Art. 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request rectification if incomplete or incorrect, request erasure or destruction, request that such actions be notified to third parties, object to results arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
